SCHEMING THE CIVIL SERVICE VSS
Join the Civil Service. After you are confirm in your job start making problems. You will then be offered VSS to leave the service. Take the offer, and with the money given by the Government under VSS, look for other jobs.
What a stupid idea!
The State JPJ Director who got caught committing khalwat and receiving bribes must be smiling from ear to ear. If the VSS is implemented I am sure he will be the first one to apply and I have no doubt it will be approve without reservation.
All this while I thought VSS is about downsizing, saving overhead costs and enhancing efficiency. Boy, was I wrong about that.
And I am sure those who cant wait to get out from Civil Service will finally have the way to do so by making troubles, lots of it. And on their way out, they would be laughing histerically all the way to the bank.

This is the classic case of the wrong man being chosen to be on top. Wonder what happened to those AP's issue?

This is but one of the many smelly issues that needs immediate tackling, like the ones exposed by the PKZ - Jafza debacle. Instead, politicians harp on the need to wash hands lah, celebrate the National Day lah, allow husbands to marry more lah.....

sesekali baca post hang macam baca malaysiakini plak.... branch opis kot. aku bengang sebab orang kerajaan ni selalu bawa idea bodoh. kalu diorang diam aje lebih baik adanya. ni tak, macam-macam idea taik. minimum wage tah mana pegi. thanks for highlighting. banyak jasa hang tu. kekadang kita tak perasan yang kerajaan kita ni bodoh. yang tahu syok sendiri aje.

yup, cosmic_gurl's right... tak semua org kerja govt tu brainless.
some got into govt with sincere intention to help, improve, deliver and contribute to the nation. they know and realize they're all paid using the public's tax money. tapi selalunya mereka yang murni macam ni lah yang selalu end-up terkandas dan tersepit, becoming unpopular to hold the helm.
instead of being an asset, they become a threat to the administration for being true to their oath.
but, as in the private world, the meaner you get, the higher you'll climb. mana-mana pergi pun sama, really. I should know.
but giving out VSS to govt employess yang menghabiskan duit rakyat is, tidak boleh di sangkal lagi, a very, very ridiculous idea.
aku tak faham how their conscience can be so clear as langit cerah by makan duit rakyat macam tu.

sebenarnya orang yang berkhidmat dalam kerajaan adalah orang yang bekerja dengan bersungguh - sungguh tanpa mengira masa demi untuk berkhidmat untuk insan - insan seperti anda semua. VSS yang telah diperkenalkan itu adalah untuk memberi jalan keluar kepada insan - insan seperti anda yang hanya pandai memberi komen mengutuk sahaja yang entah macam mana boleh masuk dalam perkhidmatan kerajaan. mungkin sebab kerajaan ni kesian dan nak membantu meningkatkan pendapatan orang melayu akan tetapi melayu tu yang tak pernah menghargai peluang ini. saya percaya kemungkinan anda semua ni bekerja dengan pihak swasta kerana tidak faham langsung dengan perkhidmatan kerajaan. maka usahlah mengutuk pengarah JPJ yang ditangkap berkahlwat kerana sedar atau tidak dalam sektor swasta juga perkara berkhalwat ni berlaku. akhir sekali saya berharap agar anda semua perlu lebih banyak membaca, mendengar dan menilai sesuatu perkara itu dari pelbagai sudut sebelum membuat sesuatu andaian atau keputusan. orang yang berkhidmat dalam kerajaan Malaysia ini adalah orang yang banyak berkorban untuk anda semua.
